Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

We are an independent appliance-repair business. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and your choices. We keep data collection to a minimum and we do not sell personal information.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you call us or use our online booking link, you may share your name, phone number, address and a description of your appliance so we can schedule and perform service. This website does not have on-site contact forms and does not collect email addresses on-site — the easiest ways to reach us are by phone or the booking link in the header and footer.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server and analytics tools record standard technical data — pages viewed, approximate location (city/region), device and browser type, and referring page. This helps us understand which pages are useful and keep the site working.

Cookies & analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics and cookies to measure traffic and improve the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.

Calls and bookings: when you tap a phone, text, email or booking link on this site, our own analytics stores the IP address of that visit together with the action, so we can see roughly where requests come from. We keep it for 90 days, use it for nothing else, and never sell or share it.

Visit recordings: this site also uses PostHog, a service of PostHog Inc. in the United States, to see how visitors use it. It records the pages you view, where you click and how far you scroll, your device and browser type, page-speed measurements, and a replay of the visit in which anything typed into a field is hidden. It sets no cookies; its session data stays in your browser tab's storage and is cleared when the tab closes. PostHog receives your IP address, keeps it with this data and uses it to estimate your approximate location. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing is recorded. We use it only to improve this site and never sell it; PostHog keeps recordings for 30 days and other usage data for up to one year.

How we use information

To respond to service requests and schedule repairs, to provide quotes and follow-up, to operate and improve this website, and to comply with law. We use it only for these purposes.

Third parties

Booking is handled through an external scheduling provider, which processes the details you submit under its own privacy terms. Analytics are processed by our analytics provider, and visit recordings by PostHog, as described above. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Data retention

We keep service records only as long as needed to provide service, for warranty and accounting, and as required by law, then dispose of them securely.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents may request to know what personal information we hold, request deletion, and opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information. To make a request, contact us by phone using the number shown in the header or footer of this site. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging home-appliance service and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above will change accordingly.
